Til de bokken op, houd de linkerarm zo recht mogelijk en de bokken moet langs de wervelkolom eindigen. Deze positie staat bekend als die waarbij het wapen gecentreerd wordt. Breng tegelijkertijd de voorste voet naar de achterste voet toe en open de heup. Zet een stap vooruit en snijd tegelijkertijd, draai met de rechterheup en haal de achterste voet weg uit de aanvalslijn aan het einde van de snede.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"grve-empty-space grve-height-1x\" style=\"\"><\/div><div class=\"grve-element grve-box-icon grve-extra-small grve-side-icon grve-align-left grve-animated-item grve-fade-in grve-duration-normal grve-with-shape\" style=\"\" data-delay=\"200\"><div class=\"grve-wrapper-icon grve-simple grve-square grve-bg-primary-2\"><span class=\"grve-text-white\">2<\/span><\/div><div class=\"grve-box-content\"><div class=\"grve-box-title-wrapper\"><h3 class=\"grve-box-title grve-h4\">NI NO SUBURI<\/h3><\/div>  <p class=\"\">Begin vanuit migi kamae, til de bokken zo op dat de handen net boven het hoofd eindigen en de bokken ongeveer 15 graden naar boven en achteren wijst. Verplaats tegelijkertijd je rechtervoet naar achteren en open de heup (deze houding heet HASSO KAMAE). Het hele lichaam moet nu buiten de aanvalslijn zijn. Je blik moet door de binnenkant van je linkerelleboog gaan; laat je linkerarm je zicht niet belemmeren. Strek je linkerarm zodat de bokken gecentreerd eindigt ten opzichte van de wervelkolom, zet dan een stap vooruit met je rechtervoet en snijd. Eindig door de achterste voet weg te halen zoals bij ichi no suburi.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"grve-empty-space grve-height-1x\" style=\"\"><\/div><div class=\"grve-element grve-box-icon grve-extra-small grve-side-icon grve-align-left grve-animated-item grve-fade-in grve-duration-normal grve-with-shape\" style=\"\" data-delay=\"200\"><div class=\"grve-wrapper-icon grve-simple grve-square grve-bg-primary-1\"><span class=\"grve-text-white\">3<\/span><\/div><div class=\"grve-box-content\"><div class=\"grve-box-title-wrapper\"><h3 class=\"grve-box-title grve-h4\">SAN NO SUBURI<\/h3><\/div>  <p class=\"\">Begin in migi kamae en voer ni no suburi uit totdat je de Hasso Kamae positie bereikt met de bokken omhoog wijzend en de rechtervoet achter. Verplaats langzaam je centrum naar achteren en breng de bokken omlaag zodat beide handen aan je rechterkant zijn en de bokken naar achteren en omlaag wijst. Verplaats je centrum naar voren, breng de bokken weer omhoog in gecentreerde positie, zet een stap naar voren met de rechtervoet en snijd. Haal de achterste voet weg.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"grve-empty-space grve-height-1x\" style=\"\"><\/div>[\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;]<div class=\"grve-element grve-box-icon grve-extra-small grve-side-icon grve-align-left grve-animated-item grve-fade-in grve-duration-normal grve-with-shape\" style=\"\" data-delay=\"200\"><div class=\"grve-wrapper-icon grve-simple grve-square grve-bg-primary-2\"><span class=\"grve-text-white\">4<\/span><\/div><div class=\"grve-box-content\"><div class=\"grve-box-title-wrapper\"><h3 class=\"grve-box-title grve-h4\">YON NO SUBURI<\/h3><\/div>  <p class=\"\">(Snede terwijl je vooruit gaat) Til de bokken op door je linkerarm te strekken en centreer hem. Zet de achterste voet naar voren en snijd naar beneden. Vergeet niet om de achterste voet weg te halen aan het einde van de snede. Til de bokken opnieuw op, zet de achterste voet naar voren en snijd naar de andere kant. Blijf vooruit gaan en snijden.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"grve-empty-space grve-height-1x\" style=\"\"><\/div><div class=\"grve-element grve-box-icon grve-extra-small grve-side-icon grve-align-left grve-animated-item grve-fade-in grve-duration-normal grve-with-shape\" style=\"\" data-delay=\"200\"><div class=\"grve-wrapper-icon grve-simple grve-square grve-bg-primary-1\"><span class=\"grve-text-white\">5<\/span><\/div><div class=\"grve-box-content\"><div class=\"grve-box-title-wrapper\"><h3 class=\"grve-box-title grve-h4\">GO NO SUBURI<\/h3><\/div>  <p class=\"\">Begin in migi kamae. Breng je handen net voor je gezicht terwijl je de bokken naar voren en iets naar rechts houdt (N.B.: de bokken is schuin naar de kant van de voorste voet). Zet je linker voet naar voren en centreer de bokken. Snijd naar de kant van het hoofd van de tegenstander en haal tegelijkertijd je achterste voet weg. Om naar de andere kant te snijden, breng je de handen weer voor je gezicht met de bokken naar links wijzend. Zet je rechtervoet naar voren, centreer de bokken, snijd een yokomen en haal de achterste voet weg.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"grve-empty-space grve-height-1x\" style=\"\"><\/div><div class=\"grve-element grve-box-icon grve-extra-small grve-side-icon grve-align-left grve-animated-item grve-fade-in grve-duration-normal grve-with-shape\" style=\"\" data-delay=\"200\"><div class=\"grve-wrapper-icon grve-simple grve-square grve-bg-primary-2\"><span class=\"grve-text-white\">6<\/span><\/div><div class=\"grve-box-content\"><div class=\"grve-box-title-wrapper\"><h3 class=\"grve-box-title grve-h4\">ROKU NO SUBURI<\/h3><\/div>  <p class=\"\">Voer go no suburi uit zoals beschreven, maar voeg aan het einde van elke snede een tsuki toe voor de voorste voet. De oefening wordt dan: snijd op de rechtervoet, tsuki buiten de rechtervoet, snijd op de linkervoet, tsuki buiten de linkervoet.
