Organizational charts

The Board of Directors is appointed by the General Assembly to carry out the day-to-day management of the federation.
The Board of Directors appoints within itself a group called the “Executive Committee” which handles daily operations.

The Executive Committee handles the daily management of the federation; its members are appointed by the Board of Directors.

The club instructor is at the heart of teaching Aikido within the U.Be.A. It is naturally the assembly of all U.Be.A. instructors that decides everything concerning practice (organization of refresher courses, classes, workshops, related practice regulations, etc.).

They are gathered in the “Ethics and Technical Committee” (E.T.C.). They approve the appointment of members of the Grades Commission, who alone are authorized to award ranks within the Aikikai Honbu in Belgium to the U.Be.A., and approve its Grades Regulations.

The Grades Commission checks the compliance of registration files, approves members of exam juries, sets exam dates, processes all rank requests, and awards those ranks. Finally, it resolves any disputes related to ranks.
